Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Is there a pickup service?

Can I Return or Exchange the Purchased Item?
Customer claims for returns are only accepted in the case of poor product quality.
IMPORTANT!
Claims regarding the integrity of the product packaging and the product itself must be reported to the carrier upon receipt.
If the product purchased from our store does not suit you for any reason, you can always exchange or return it within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the order, provided that:
– the product has not been used;
– the appearance, completeness, and integrity of the packaging are preserved;
– if the appearance of the product is lost, it cannot be returned;
– the return shipping costs are covered by the Seller.
